In periods of high season (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany, etc..), orders may suffer delays in deliveries by collapse of transport agencies, product availability, etc.. To solve this problem, we offer an express delivery service with an additional cost that may vary depending on the approximation of the date of the order to the dates indicated above.

If after your purchase in Happers.us you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to change it.
To do this, we will provide you with a link our carrier website to indicate how you want to make your return.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom-made or clearly personalized goods or for sealed goods not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
The consumer or user shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine their quality, characteristics or performance.
The deadline for reimbursement will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.
